Michelle began her career working with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), where she developed a strong foundation in navigating complex plan structures and supporting clients through an increasingly dynamic benefits environment. She has since built extensive experience advising employers across the group benefits market, with a focus on delivering thoughtful, client-centered solutions for both leadership teams and employees.

Her expertise includes benefits strategy design, plan optimization, and the development of tailored programs that support cost management, talent attraction and retention, and overall employee engagement. Michelle also has experience supporting high-net-worth and specialty client populations, where customized solutions and a high level of service are essential.

Michelle holds a license in Health, Life, and Accident, and works with organizations of all sizes to develop benefits programs that are both strategic and practical in execution.
