Since joining the team, she has supported multi-client environments spanning recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll and HRIS coordination, and policy implementation.
Kayla brings progressive experience across architectural, manufacturing, and professional services organizations, with a strong ability to align HR operations with business needs while strengthening engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. She is known for her responsive partnership style, clear communication, and ability to manage complex HR priorities across diverse client settings.
Prior to joining Critical Path Advisors, Kayla led HR functions for a mid-size architectural firm, where she oversaw full-cycle HR operations including talent strategy, performance management, compliance, and learning initiatives. She also held HR roles in manufacturing environments, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, payroll transitions, and policy development.
Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a minor in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.
