Known for her practical, risk-aware approach, Lisandra helps organizations navigate complex workplace challenges while strengthening leadership effectiveness and organizational stability.
At Critical Path Advisors, Lisandra serves as a trusted HR partner to client leadership teams, leading employee relations strategy, investigations, performance management, and compliance guidance across multi-state environments. She works closely with cross-functional CPA teams to deliver consistent, high-quality HR advisory support and identify opportunities to strengthen client organizations as they grow.
Prior to joining Critical Path Advisors, Lisandra held senior HR and talent development leadership roles across consulting, technology, and retail organizations, where she built HR infrastructure, led leadership development initiatives, and supported large, multi-site workforces. She also participated in management-side employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives, partnering with leadership to proactively identify and address employee concerns and support positive work environments. Lisandra holds a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
