
Shazida began her HR journey in 2023 as an HR Generalist, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients with their day-to-day people operations. She plays a hands-on role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently across multiple organizations.
Her work spans the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing support, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and personnel file audits. Shazida is highly detail-oriented and ensures that documentation, systems, and processes are accurate, organized, and aligned with client requirements.
She adapts quickly to different HRIS and payroll platforms, learning each client’s systems and workflows to provide consistent operational support. Whether assisting management with employee communications, maintaining compliance records, preparing reports, or troubleshooting payroll matters, she is a dependable resource for both leadership and employees.
In addition to her client work, Shazida provides essential operational support across the Critical Path Advisors team, helping coordinate processes, maintain consistency across accounts, and ensure internal workflows remain organized and responsive.
